The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially updated its roadmap for the 2027 general elections, releasing a revised timetable that shifts key deadlines for its internal processes.
The new schedule covers everything from the screening of aspirants to the final primary elections and includes designated bank accounts for purchasing the necessary forms.
The party noted that this update was essential to align with the 1999 Constitution, the Electoral Act 2026, and the revised master schedule recently issued by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The notice was formally issued on Monday, signed by National Organising Secretary Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu and confirmed by National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka.
Key Dates for Aspirants

Sale of Forms: April 25 to May 2, 2026.

Form Submission Deadline: May 4, 2026.

Screening Period: May 6 to May 9, 2026 (covering all levels from State Assembly to Presidency).

Screening Appeals: May 12 to May 13, 2026 (for legislative aspirants).

Primary Elections: May 15 to May 23, 2026.
The party has set the following price points for Expression of Interest and Nomination forms:

Presidential: ₦30,000,000 and ₦70,000,000.

Governorship: ₦10,000,000 and ₦40,000,000.

Senate: ₦3,000,000 and ₦17,000,000.

House of Representatives: ₦1,000,000 and ₦9,000,000.

State House of Assembly: ₦1,000,000 and ₦5,000,000.
In a bid to encourage inclusivity, the APC stated that:“female aspirants, youths, and persons with disabilities will pay only the Expression of Interest fee and 50 per cent of the Nomination fee for each position.”
Aspirants have been directed to make all payments into the party’s designated accounts at Union Bank Plc (0239691733), UBA Plc (1025098328), and Zenith Bank Plc (1014008105).
