The legislator for Surulere Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Desmond Elliot, has formally declared his exit from the contest.
He disclosed this information in a video that began circulating on social media on Wednesday.

Desmond, who holds the seat for the Surulere I constituency within the Lagos State House of Assembly, was pursuing a re-election bid under the banner of the APC.
