The video captures the moment former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai responded to a question from journalists concerning planned African Democratic Congress (ADC) Convention.
The ADC scheduled its National Convention for Tuesday, April 14th.

El-Rufai is having legal battles in court and already looks set to miss the Convention due to his continued detention.
While leaving the court premises in Kaduna after one of the hearing on a case against him some journalists posed the question of ADC Convention to him and he responded.
