GTBank Announces Early Closure Nationwide On June 30

Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) Ltd. has announced that all its branches across Nigeria will close earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025, to accommodate its scheduled half-year audit.

In a customer email sent on Saturday, the bank informed clients of the temporary change in operating hours. “Please be informed that our branches nationwide will close to customers early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit,” the statement read.

The bank specified different closing times for various locations: “Kindly note the early closure time below: Upcountry Branches – 2.00 p.m.; Lagos Branches – 3.00 p.m.”

GTBank advised customers to use its digital banking channels for transactions during this period and assured them that normal branch operations will resume at their regular hours on Tuesday, July 1.

The bank also thanked customers for their understanding and continued patronage.
